New England Coffee Cafe and Store – Malden’s Hidden Gem for Exceptional Flavored Coffee

Lisa and staff are amazing and an integral part of my morning routine! She makes you feel like family, and is always smiling! Always has delicious iced coffee flavors fresh and ready to serve!

The coffee here was phenomenal, and the service was great. I finally found a place were I can enjoy a really good cup of coffee.

I absolutely love this place! I have loved it since I walked in day one and met the amazing woman running it! After over hearing a not positive experience from a first time picky customer recently, I decided to post my love for the amazing woman who runs it and makes this place exceptional! I discovered this shop due to the great reputation it has among locals. It did not disappoint! The woman who runs it works hard to brew coffee the perfect way and it shows! They brew coffee in specific flavors and since I drink mine black .. this is a hidden gem! They change flavors daily and weekly and she hustles to keep everything perfect! I am happy to see so many others I work with flowing into this spot! The prices absolutely blow away other coffee shops! This is the most Perfect coffee I personally have ever had and I was a huge fan of another local spot untill I stumbled upon this! Any true local will tell you we judge places by the service and coffee… there is not enough stars to rate this place I would give it 100 stars if I could!

Hidden gem! There are no places left in Boston where you can get a Small, Medium, or Large iced coffee for under $2.50. They have a ton of flavored coffee (sprayed then brewed, not flavored with syrup after brewing) and 4 different flavors of iced coffee on tap (cream and sugar are all out so you can help yourself). The ambiance is very laid-back and relaxed: The barista really wanted me to not hurry and take my time! There aren't many unhurried places like this, with vibey old-school music, to just chill anymore. Oh, and it smells delicious inside! Will definitely be coming back! Protect this place!

After searching for a local place to get a decent cup of coffee I stumbled upon this small shop and figured I’d give it a shot. I love to support local businesses large or small. Every week day since I’ve been going to get my coffee there and haven’t strayed. The flavors of coffee are exceptional as I love black coffee and don’t add anything to it. The service provided from the women (Lisa) behind the counter is exceptional. Usually jokes are being cracked or we share a serious conversation. She takes the time to get to know you. As a local first responder it means a great deal to me for people to often be thankful in a thankless profession. Lisa at New England Coffee always ensures that I feel welcomed and makes me a great cup of coffee to get through the long days. I found my spot for the long run!

Wide selection of coffee to choose from to buy by the pound, and a good amount of prepared coffee "on tap" for either iced or hot coffee to enjoy there or take to go. Friendly people, and good prices. Flavors rotate out consistently for the prepared "on tap" coffee, with a good selection of seasonal flavors. Ample seating, be it a table or bar style seating looking outside through the window. Closed Saturday and Sunday. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying different flavor beans to buy by the pound!
